The Round Rock Symphony functions as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Musicians are remunerated as independent contractors at per-service rates. Incidental costs (cartage, mileage, etc.) incurred by musicians are not provided for except in rare and pre-arranged cases.
All employees must be eligible to work in the United States. Employment is at the decision of the Music Director by screened audition or invitation only. Other conditions apply upon offer of employment, detailed in contract.
